Mental Health First Aid Training is available for groups of 5-15 individuals. I can teach using my platform or yours. Total Class time is approximately 5.5-6 hours plus up to 2 hours of self-paced online prework and a post-training test and evaluation. Mental Health First Aid Certification is valid for 3 years. Mental Health First Aid Training is available for groups of 5-15 individuals.
There are 2 options for in-person training:
Option 1: Participants will complete up to 2 hours of online pre-work prior to class. Class will then be approximately 5.5-6 hours.
Option 2: All work will take place during the in-person course. Total Class time will be approximately 7.5-8 hours plus a post-training test and evaluation.

Meditation Coaching
I am in the process of completing my certification in Meditation Coaching through Sura Flow.
My meditation coaching is a 1:1 process. Depending on your needs, meditation coaching combines meditation basics and exploration, personal coaching and goal tracking.
